- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged During Shipping: Should your order arrive damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damaged package and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue, potentially offering a replacement or a credit for future purchases.
