Process: Fully washed, fermented for 12-14 hours and then dried on patios and raised beds

Drip Brew
  1. Start with filtered water.
  2. Use 2 tablespoons of our coffee for every 6 ounces of water. Adjust to personal taste preference.
  3. Drink. Enjoy. Repeat
French Press
  1. Start with coffee ground for French press.
  2. For a 34-ounce French Press we recommend using 2 ounces (4 tbsp) of coffee.
  3. Prepare 10 ounces of water at 200° and pour 1/3 in a circular motion until coffee creates bloom. Let bloom sit for 15 seconds, stir so grounds are wet, and finish pouring water until reaching bottom of the metal band on the French press.
  4. Cover the coffee with the plunger and lid assembly and let steep for 4 minutes.
  5. After steeping for 4 minutes, plunge, pour, and enjoy.

With altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,400 meters, our EP grade coffee boasts medium acidity, a medium body, and delightful notes of hazelnut, molasses, and graham cracker, culminating in a clean finish. Cultivated with care by family-owned farms, each bean undergoes a fully washed and sun-dried process, ensuring quality in every cup. Certified Fair Trade and Organic, every sip supports sustainable farming practices and community empowerment.
